Release Notes

Positioning

What Changed

1. The harness-engineering skill was packaged into a standalone public repo.
2. The site landing page was aligned with the current ClawPond visual language and now links directly to GitHub.
3. The public release chain now covers README surfaces, skill routes, schema, sitemap, and smoke tests together.
