The Table of Contents is looking pretty chunky (https://cloudup.com/cp_BxWEfgod), we may want to consider splitting some sub-sections out into new sections or other solutions to make the ToC appear better-laid-out.

• create new sections, move sub-sections around to streamline ToC and main menu
• rename sections and sub-sections to condense ToC and main menu
