Incorrect UTF-8 character visualisation

Issue

Some UTF-8 characters get incorrectly shown in every terminal or terminal emulator on Windows. These characters are part of live languages.
Example:
User gets a confusing “Legalább egy tevékenység tÃpus kiválasztása kötelezÅ” perror

Environment

• Version: jcode v0.5.7 (e241965)
• OS: Windows 11
• Platform: WezTerm

Expected Behavior

CLI should show:
User gets a confusing “Legalább egy tevékenység típus kiválasztása kötelező” perror

This was fixed in commit 81e6565 ("Fix escape_currency_dollars corrupting multi-byte UTF-8 characters"), which landed shortly after v0.5.7.

Root cause: The escape_currency_dollars() function in the markdown renderer was processing text byte-by-byte (bytes[i] as char), which split multi-byte UTF-8 sequences into individual bytes. Hungarian characters like á (2 bytes in UTF-8: 0xC3 0xA1) were being split and interpreted as two separate Latin-1 characters (á).

Fix: Switched from byte-level to char-level iteration so multi-byte characters are handled as single units.

Updating to the latest version will resolve this. Thanks for the report!
