Admin UI should show the realm #620
Description
The admin UI sidebar shows the ACS version and the current user, but not the realm. For browsers which hide the base URL, this can be annoying in scenarios such as setting up cross-realm users/permissions where you're accessing multiple ConfigDB interfaces at the same time. There's potential to accidentally change access control for users on realms where permissions should be restricted.
It would be useful to show the realm in the top left so that you always know where you are.
