Transitive member information: Remove member status from normal users

Member status should be transitive from the member credential to the user credential.

The current decision is to use a process to resolve this topic:

1. In order for a user to use a decentralized application the administrator needs to sign in first
2. the application ready the status from the administrator credential and prepares rights on the platform accordingly
3. the application stores the revocation information and checks it for every login
4. if the status of the admin credential becomes invalid then the application will ask for a new and updated administrator to authorize
5. if only partial credentials become invalid then the application may downgrade the rights and inform the users. Re-authorization or setting the credentials valid again will update the rights

Resolved in v2.0.0. User credentials do NOT carry member status — they carry memberOf (pointing to the organization DID) but membership validity is verified separately via the organization's membership credentials. The member property lives on the membership credential subject, not on the user. See EVES-008 §3.4 for the member vs memberOf convention.
