I also encountered the same problem. If I change the default compiler to wllvm in apollo's docker, I can't set llvm_compile for wllvm anyway, but if I change the default compiler to llvm, the compilation can be completed, but I Unable to extract llvm bitcode. Adding the -emit-llvm parameter to compile will also ignore the generated .bc file. I don't know how to solve it. I really need more details.
