Link to home page with specific options preselected

Is it possible to be able to create links to Signlab so that certain options are already preselected?
The less instructions we have to give to participants, the better.

For example, I want to send a link to a participant so that they register on the platform.
Can I force the following settings:
language = spanish
tab = sign up
organization = LSE-Lex
?

That's certainly something we can add on. Its not currently supported, but is feasible. I'll add that to the feature list we are tracking
