Graph mode isn't saving settings for workflow

When using Graph mode, if you switch from one workflow to another workflow...

...then it will reset all of the prompts and parameters to the default setting, causing the user to lose everything.

This makes it incredibly annoying to switch to different workflows (e.g. for inpainting, upscaling, detailing, animating, etc.)

It should save the parameter settings per workflow.

Here are two workflows for testing:

Foo.json

Bar.json

Select the Foo workflow and change the parameters, then switch to the Bar workflow, then switch back to the Foo workflow.

All of the parameters are reset to the default.
