Adguard protection stuck in loop

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:
1.open up the Samsung internet to check if whether adguard protection is still functioning or not ( if not. Ads will appears.)
2.or restart the phone. Or turn off it and turn on it back. Then open Samsung internet web browser. Ads here will showing up. Then open the adguard for android.
3. You'll probably sees the adguard protection is stuck in loop. > enabling protection...

Expected Behavior

This issue is recurring which seems to me to be a bug.
Not a big deal but to make the adguard protection to working again you'll need everytime to open it and the protection will be enabled itself automatically.

Actual Behavior

Adguard protection has an issue to be fully enabled
