Feature req: Fill more metadata when loading from issue number

Example when load from issue https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-pr/issues/698:

I lost:

• Assigned to
• ZenHub estimate

Would be nice to at least have "assigned to". Sure it saves me just a few second, but still :p

This is a great point! I think we can make a call to the ZenHub API when we load the issue from the template to get that information about the issue!
