confuse about the time observed with the time-lapse images

Hi Anteb,
I am currently planning on a time-lapse imaging based on the intMEM system(Ke-Huan K. Chow,Imaging cell lineage with a synthetic digital recording system). And they mentioned this EasyTrack software and use this to construct the ground truth lineage from the image.
They take the situ-fish picture every 15 minutes. but the lineage constructed are expected to have a edge length which is a multiple of 15 but not actually. So i wonder is there is detailed description of this software. Looking forward to your reply:D
