Automatically replace full entity URIs with the QID

Just remove automatically all "http://www.wikidata.org/entity/" substrings in the file, so that
"http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q1" is replaced with "Q1".

Maybe add a checkbox asking if the user wants it?
