I don't get Maelstrom weapon stacks, but the UI visuals for them appear
Expected behavior
Should give stacks that make casts instant
Criticality
[ ] Breaking class : The class/spec isn't playable without this spell fixed. (Taunt for a tank, Mage's Fireball doing 0 damage, ...)
