kubectl logs & exec are not working

symptom:

k logs nvidia-driver-daemonset-489rl -n gpu-operator
error: You must be logged in to the server (the server has asked for the client to provide credentials ( pods/log nvidia-driver-daemonset-489rl))

this is because konnectivity agent cannot talk to kubelet

we came up with a WG based implementation for this, closing this issue for now
