get ocp_apim_subscription_key programmatically

I need to be able to store this key in keyvault so I can use it later in azure devops as a secret, but I don't see a way to grab the key programmatically.   Is there a way, and if so, how do I go about it?   I'm fine with az cli or azure powershell...doesn't matter to me.
