Deploy APIM with "Management REST API" enabled through ARM Template

Hello,

I'm trying to deploy a APIM with "Enable Management REST API" feature enabled via ARM template but I didn't find a way to set that property based on the current documentation.

Please, does anyone know if that is possible?
