az keyvault show-deleted suggests using --vault-name which doesn't exist #33367

Describe the bug

When you don't supply the key vault name or hsm name to az keyvault show-deleted it suggests using an argument that doesn't exist.

eg. if you run this, the error message returned suggests using --vault-name but it should suggest using --name

Errors

Error message says:

Please specify --vault-name or --hsm-name
