Flatbuffers pkg is not on cener.conan.io
How to Reproduce*
Just following README instructions from scratch I found I had to manually run
conan remote update conancenter --url https://center2.conan.io
You could update flatbuffers to latest maybe: flatbuffers/25.9.23
Conan Center will stop receiving updates for Conan 1.x packages soon
