Is your feature request related to a problem?
With Luckperms you can have permissions depend on a 'context'. It would be nice if there is some way the Level plugin set a context for thresholds I define. Like starter_island = island level 0-20, expert 400-800, etc.
Having a context set would allow us to set permissions for things based on a person's island level.
Possibly it could be related to placeholder request. Since the ExtraContexts plugin can do contexts based on.
