How to run markermaker setup?

At the Getting started part, I don't quite understand the following step: '3. Create a marketmaker project: run marketmaker setup'. Am I supposed to run the 'sample-market-maker/setup.py' script? And if so, what should I specify as:  __ file __?  I hope you can help me, thank you!
