Since Black Python Devs is a fiscally hosted organization under the GNOME Foundation, as stated in Article I, Subsection 2 of the Black Python Devs Bylaws, all new programs require approval from the GNOME Board.
Fill out and submit this template to the GNOME Foundation when notifying them of a new BPD program:
