Duplicate identifier check is redundant

When the project is first traversed, duplicate identifiers are noted. But when you open the file that flags this, and then save, the error disappears. The other file does not get flagged and the error disappears completely

@DaanV2 Thoughts? I tried seeing if checking for duplicate ids in the cache would be better, but it seems the cache system only saves each ID once so it overrides any previous entry.

Only plans for new a new DB's in the bedrock project 🤔
Or updating the current to be a list of items in the current DB as opposed to just one item.

But require major refactors 😬
