Python27 version of Kilroy and Python3 version of kilroy on scope3 have opposite ideas about the direction of z-stage. It is probably hard-coded in autopicker or autopicker_cnc, and might have been swapped to match the defaults on XYZ daVinci minimaker.
Buffer well plate positions are also off. Axis sign and buffer positions should become system specific files.
