RRC dumps are not gathered for December 2022

Hi there,

I tried to retrieve the BGP updates for all available collectors for December 2022 in PyBPGStream.
The resulting BGP updates did not contain the RRCs, even if the data is available online.

Nevertheless, thank you for your tool, it helped me out quite a lot.
