scoop install request

Hi all, from now on Git for windows has removed git-flow-avh from it's build, would be nice to have a scoop package for install this version on windows

Looks like there's already one for the newer git-flow-next.

i'm aware of that, and it's for sure an interesting alternative, but does not support custom hooks yet
