Can't add comment to host at NPC Tab

Describe the bug
Can't add comment to host at NPC page.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'tab of NPC'
click on any host, go to comment of TAB, then go to "New Comment" to add remark. after input the remark, click on submit. nothing was happened.

Expected behavior
the input remark should can be saved into comment.

from NPC Q&A got mentioned as highlight above, but i'm not sure where is the problem coming from? May need your advice in this part.

i got enable the debug logs to npc, but didnot see any......
