Navigate the map using only the mouse?

Is it possible to add functionality so that only the mouse can be used when moving around the map? Currently, to view the network map, use the mouse to scroll the map up and down + shift on the keyboard to move from left to right.

1. Is it possible to make it so that when navigating the map, you can hold down the left mouse button and drag the map?
2. And also zoom in and out of the map using the mouse scroll?
