I know that we said we don't want to serve notebooks from two locations, but we already have an "LSDB HATS" techniques&tools; maybe that should be a landing page with all notebooks with HATS

Also a landing page for "cloud access" and for "firefly visualization"

This is an alternative to or a complement to tags while we are waiting. Tags could be seen as an alternative (better) than the search function.

be careful of the bottom arrow pointing to the next pages - will see repeated notebooks if you just use these arrows to cycle through. These headings are currently broken. double check that it all works.

Honestly, I would put those under one "VO" label? I'm actually not sure; as often enough we just run one basic query with astroquery, e.g. in the euclid notebooks -- should those be under any of these categories, too?
