• About the text and formulas between Eq. 5 and Eq. 6: the "explained variance" term should be defined, and I think you should state what the sigma_i values are so that one can better understand what V_W and E_W mean and why. Also, I don't know what "ppal components" mean. There is a missing | in Eq. 6
• The paragraph between Eq. 7 and the PCA gif below is not entirely clear to me, in particular the use of "final space", "elongation" and "dilation"

Apart from that, really good job! I didn't know about many of these things

I saw that for the Data mining exam we need to study dim reduction algorithms. I will fix those parts and add some more stuff when I read about it
