Redoubled Stormsinger creates infinite tokens

Describe the bug
When Redoubled Stormsinger attacks, it creates attacking tokens, But then those tokens also trigger the creation of attacking tokens, repeat...

Expected behavior
Tokens that enter attacking don't cause their attack trigger to activate.

I don't see how it's possible, any steps to reproduce?

It was an AI opponent that suddenly created never ending tokens. This is turn 5 I think. I didn't see anything else on the board that would cause that.
