Suggestion: combatlog database & gui #402

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Allowing staff to see the last set of people that combat logged.
Move the combat log to the new database, then it can be queried!
There could be a gui in game that staff could use to display the last X amount of peolpe that combat logged as their heads in a GUI, and hover over to show details with a click action to be a custom command.

/combatlogged open the GUI pr /pvpcombatlog or something similar
