ToS Suggestion for 2.11

§2.11 You may never play disturbing videos, including but not limited to gore and cruelty on a video player.

This creates an issue where particularly violent shows/videos are prohibited to be watched at all, even in a private instance where all agree they would want to watch such a show/video. As an example: "The Boys" while not the main attraction to the show. it still has more than a few episodes where gore and cruelty do get featured. An exception like from section 2.10 would alleviate this issue as such.

§2.11 You may never play disturbing videos, including but not limited to gore and cruelty on a video player **in an instance considered to be public**.

I don't consider shows as "disturbing videos".
This is to stop suicide videos or putting things in blenders that shouldn't be put it, etc. We don't want these videos being played on our platform, regardless of the instance type.

Maybe saying "non-fictional gore and cruelty" would be better

I agree that death, gore, and cruelty just for the sake of such things shouldn't be allowed ever. As this is currently written there is no distinction between what I'll just refer to as real incidents and fake ones. It should be either more specific on what's not allowed or more permissive on where it's allowed, Preferably both.
