Addition of icon button

There are no Icon buttons category in the buttons page and hence, I would like to add them as a GSSoC 23 contributor.

Describe the solution you'd like
Addition of simple icon buttons having almost the similar kind of properties like the other buttons along with the add to favorites feature which is already present in other types of buttons.

will add hover buttons .
can talk on buttons (what is your requirement ).
