DEV - Implement Grant Amount/Due Date Filter Drop down

Overview

So the idea of this ticket is to make a filter component that applies to the grant amount and due date. Most of the component is the same for these two features so they should be abstracted to one filter component and the part that has the amount range or the date range is interchangeable.

Also you may see the direction is on top for one and on the bottom for one. Standardize this and have it on the top or bottom for both of them.

Tasks

• Implement the design the filter dropdown.
• Ensure values can be easily extracted for when someone implements the filtering.
• Make sure the range part can be abstracted out to be interchangeable for the date range or the amount range.
• Ensure increasing and decreasing can't be pressed at the same time.

Acceptance Criteria

• Design is fully implemented with the correct colors and spacing.
• Input validation is implemented.
• Button semantics are correct.
