This ticket is to make a component the first state of the login page
Acceptance Criteria
- Use components from the design system (text entry is custom, buttons are chakra, colors/typography in tailwind)
- This component will be placed in the 2nd half of the screen, does not include the tree
- Out of scope:
- Form validation/error handling
- Linking with backend
- ONLY visual things
