• Use components from the design system (text entry is custom, buttons are chakra, colors/typography in tailwind)
• This component will be placed in the 2nd half of the screen, does not include the tree
• Out of scope:
  • Form validation/error handling
  • Linking with backend
  • ONLY visual things
