Link answer to Wiki API

When correct answer is shown, make the answer a link to Wikipedia entry. This way, user has opportunity to click and learn more about the subject!

(Potentially, future also show a short blurb (first few sentences on subject))

Added Wiki API to wiki branch but will need to create a sanitizing function for the answer.

Currently:

• trimming white space
• encoding to URI (to account for ampersands in answer)
• replacing "the" with "", but may cause issue if the is in middle of phrase

Other issues:

• how to deal with answers like "Cat (or kitten)" where either Cat or kitten works. (substring?)
• TBD
