Webpack config to pkg.json

Investigate how webpack can get .env, so pkg.json can grab webpack config before it runs netlify-lambda

I had a small revelation about this one: getQuestions.js runs in node, so we can install the dependency dotenv and then directly access the FAUNA_KEY in the not-version-controlled .env file

• npm i -D dotenv
• create a file called .env in your project root
  • add the line FAUNA_KEY=...... to this file
• at the top of getQuestions.js do if (process.env.NODE_ENV==='development') { require('dotenv').config() }
• if you haven't done so already, set a global environment variable NODE_ENV=development on your system
  • on Mac you would open up ~/.bashrc (your bash shell environment's run scripts) and add the line export NODE_ENV=development
  • save, exit, then either run source ~/.bashrc on the command line, or restart the terminal
  • * not sure how to do this on Windows but the internet is surely full of resources
• voilà, process.env should now have FAUNA_KEY
• make sure we .gitignore .env!
