How to get TempEval-3 dataset

Hi, you mentioned the temporal relations are annotated on the TempEval-3 dataset. However, how can we get the TempEval-3 dataset? It seems the link does not work: http://www.cs.york.ac.uk/semeval-2013/task1/.
