Version Control for DotNetFiddle Examples #142

Requirement
Put the DotNetFiddle examples under version control e.g. add them to the Example Application.
Value Proposition
Not sure how long DotNetFiddle will keep the code - maybe it clears it out after some time - in which case the examples would all be lost, which would be a shame. Keeping them under version control would at least allow new DotNetFiddle examples to created from source just by copy-paste-share.
