Pdf content broken after edit

ComPDF 2.6.7 (in 2.5 the same result)

Steps:

1. open Схема сада 2026год.pdf
   original view
2. select e.g. text
3. make any change
4. save
5. reopen

Actual result
most lines are missed

Expected result
lines not missed

P.S. also can't select some text objects
