filename_prefix is not converting formatting information such as %date:yyyy-MM-dd%

When using the save video node with an output filename such as video/%date:yy-MM-dd_hh-mm-ss%, the file gets named literally instead of the formatting information getting converted like with the save image node.

I am running ComfyUI from Debian 13 using pyenv Python 3.12.3 and venv in case that is a relevant factor.
