相同的socks5 2.0.5無法連線，會有Socket error: 0x02: Connection not allowed by ruleset，2.0.4能正常連 #2

在2.0.4中我的socks5能夠正常連接賺取分數，但更新到2.0.5後，所有的ip都顯示被阻擋，無法正常連接
目前退守回2.0.4版本繼續使用中
