Comprehensive update of course outline and syllabus from lecture ground truth

Course outline (slides/README.md):
- Added detailed sub-topics for all 27 lectures from actual slide content
- Added 60+ missing paper references across all weeks
- All papers are non-redundant (each listed only at first appearance)
- Fixed incorrect URLs (FastText, Deerwester, Linzen, etc.)
- Added missing companion notebooks, demo links, and references
- Added Searle 1980, Porter 1980, Miller 1995, Pearson 1901 and other
  foundational references that were in slides but missing from outline

Syllabus (admin/syllabus.md):
- Added key missing references to condensed Materials column
- Added Searle, Porter, Miller, van der Maaten, Schrimpf, Warner,
  Loshchilov, Bai, Borgeaud, Austin, Ho & Salimans, Shazeer, Lindsey,
  Bengio/Hinton, and other important citations
- Fixed Colby, Linzen, FastText, Deerwester, McInnes URLs
- Recompiled syllabus.pdf
