License of Non-Authority

This document rejects the legitimacy of intellectual-property claims. No person, institution, or legal regime possesses rightful authority to restrict the use, study, modification, reproduction, or sharing of ideas, expressions, patterns, or information. Such acts do not deprive any being of property and therefore cannot justly be prohibited.

Because some jurisdictions nevertheless presume exclusive rights by default, and solely to prevent such presumptions from hindering others, all claims and powers that could be assigned to the author under copyright, patent, or related doctrines are waived, abandoned, and renounced, to the fullest extent permitted by the law of any jurisdiction. Any so-called or alleged "moral rights," asserted under delusional or fictive doctrines that purport to attach personal authority to ideas or expressions, are neither recognized nor exercised. Any patentable subject matter embodied in this work is released without claim and without reservation.

Natural law denies the existence of any license or doctrine that claims authority over the use or distribution of ideas. If, despite this denial, any legal system insists on treating this declaration as a license, then it shall be taken solely as an unconditional, irrevocable, worldwide permission for every person to use, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or perform this work for any purpose, without condition, attribution, or obligation. This construction exists only to neutralize barriers imposed by such systems, not to legitimize them.
