This should have a few rows in the table, and have a checkbox or button that allows you to clear the specified caches.

Specified Caches:

• Core Config
• Routes
• Master Cache
• Views (these do get cached too, should prolly just cleanDirectory() their asses :P)
• anything else i forgot...

Maybe we can add a cache() helper, and a config var into the system to globally disable cache?

ofc this will only work if you use cache() everywhere, and the helper isn't already in the system
