Need

• form/table to expose the current dashboard configuration
• individual widget instance config
• list of available widgets
• able to add new widget instances
  // widget_1 of component blank with title "Test" is separate instance than
  // widget_2 of component blank with title "Woohoo"

Would be nice

• visual representation of the 'updated' dashboard layout
• drag/drop/resize/settings/remove buttons
