Cant find D3-camera-mezannine.dtsi in qcom directory

I have a D3 engineering -Qcom snapdragon board, but i cant find "D3-camera-mezannine.dtsi" file in it. How to search the file ?.. I have downloaded the source Kernel, in that directory I found all the files as mentioned in , but except this one file.

Thanks for response. As I mentioned earlier, I have loaded Debian Kernel code onto the dragon board. The board outputs video using ov5640 imager. Now I am trying to find the above .dtsi file in Kernel folder, which I am unable to find. I thought the dtsi file would be located as same as mentioned in above link in real Kernel source.
