Jupyterhub tutorials should include Magpie authentication guide

See the example given there but we should also include some other examples where the Magpie cookies get added to the request:

• accessing thredds data through requests
• accessing WPS and OGCAPI features
• accessing WPS and OGCAPI outputs
• etc.
