PatCID pipeline?

Hi! Great job!

The repo seems to only include code that searches through the already processed patents stored in /data/patcid.

Would you mind adding your pipeline to the repo that processes a user provided pdf/patent? Most of the patents I am interested in are not included in the PatCID database, unfortunately.

I second this. I am unrelated to the author, and most of my related patents are also not present in the database.

Hello, thanks for your interest in PatCID.

We may do it in the future, but unfortunately, we are not working on integrating DECIMER-Segmentation, MolClassifier and MolGrapher in an end-to-end pipeline for now.
